LEADERSHIP TEAM:
JOE FISHER, SENIOR PASTOR
Bachelor of Liberal Arts – Crown College
Work Experience: Pretty much anything hands on. Lots of work in the forest. Has been on staff here since 2005.
Family Facts: He and his beautiful wife, Nikki, met in high school, and have been married for 20 years now. They have had three amazing kids – two boys, Paxton and Payton, and a girl, Aletheia – Tragically Paxton passed in the spring of 2017 to cancer. It has been a life change that has affected many people. Paxton’s last advice for everyone around him was to “seek Jesus,” and that is a legacy we are trying to live out!
Influential Book: The Bible, first and foremost. After that, C.S. Lewis, or A.W. Tozer. Letters from a Skeptic, by Boyd is great.
Favorite Outdoor Activity: That is pretty much it…outdoor activity! Anything from team sports to hiking. Its all good, because it all has to do with God’s creation.

Background: T.J. married Kristen, a medical missionary right off the field, and has since begun a family with two little red headed kids. With a string of adventurous pursuits behind him, he will admit that this has been his best move. The family began attending church at Fellowship in 2016, and T.J. was hired into an associate role in January of 2020; just in time for the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor Activity: “I like them all. I love to ski.”
Education:
Bachelor of Science – Winona State University
Emmaus Bible College
Dallas Theological Seminary
